"inAW Journal - Multidisciplinary Academic Magazine" was established by the Faculty of Interior Design at the Academy of Fine Arts in Kraków. It provides a platform for the transfer of ideas between art, science, and technology and for publishing the results of research and studies of experimental projects carried out to develop the idea of multidisciplinary creative and scientific activities and theoretical thinking based on an independent view of a given phenomenon using the instrumentation of various artistic and scientific disciplines.

The journal's potential lies in the identification of object-problem interrelationships and processes leading today both to the emergence of the outlines of new disciplines and the gradual reconfiguration of disciplinary divisions.

"inAW Journal - Multidisciplinary Academic Magazine" is an experimental instrument for use in original methods of creating, configuring, and reconfiguring artistic objects and creative models for life, combining idealism and realism, theory and practice, past and future, for the elaboration of which today art and science also share responsibility. It is a tool to be used in theoretical discussions and innovative experiments presupposing the creation of progressive educational processes in the artistic disciplines, humanities, and technologies, identifying with the development of the consciousness of a creator, viewer, and User.

"inAW Journal - Multidisciplinary Academic Magazine" pretending to be an opinion-forming academic medium brings the possibility of differentiation and at the same time unification in the dialogue about art and science in order to discover, shape, create, explain and disseminate, to significantly constitute the value of the surrounding reality providing the recipient and User with the perspective of optimal improvement of the processes of coexistence through art and science in culture.
